It was developed specifically for Sanuki udon in Udon Prefecture (Kagawa Prefecture) using 100% of the wheat variety "Sanuki no Yume 2009." Udon made with "Sanuki no Yume 2009" features a subtle sweetness, a chewy texture, and a soft throat feel.
